Jammu : A deputation of the All Jammu Kashmir and  Ladakh Teachers Federation aft to Akhil Bhartiya Rashtriya Shakshik Mahasangh  called on Union Minister Dr. Jitendra Singh, Union Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Development of North Eastern Region (DoNER), MoS PMO, Personnel, Public Grievances, Pensions, Atomic Energy and Space, here today, and sought his intervention for implementation of the DPC, Transfer policy in favor of General Line Teacher’s as well as for RET Teacher’s and  Old Pension  scheme (OPS) which, according to them, had been denied in their case.

The deputation led by Akhil Bhartiya Rashtriya Shakshik Mahasangh National  Auditor /state President Devraj Thakur and Rattan Sharma General Secretary, submitted a memorandum to the minister and complained that the teacher community working in the state of Jammu & Kashmir was going through stress and humiliation because of non-redressal of their genuine issues of DPC, transparent Transfer policy and restoration of old pension system.
