Jammu, An online meeting under the banner of All Jammu Kashmir and Ladakh Teachers Federation got organised under the chairmanship of Akhil Bhartiya Sangathan Mantri of ABRSM Mahendra Kapoor. In his address to State Executive members as well as members from district bodies, he highlighted the very basic purpose of organising such competition and said that this will serve as a platform for the teaching community at school education level and higher level to explore new ideas and finally an amalgam of ideas would be created.The topics for research paper at school level participants are-Inculcating the spirit of Ek Bharat shreshth Bharat through Education, Motivate fellow Teacher’s and students for online teaching, Holistic development of children ;role of mother tongue, Implementation of national education policy 2020, opportunities and challenges, To reach out to other Teacher’s and make them part of organisation, Ideology of ABRSM to be promoted among other Teacher’s.
He further briefed the participants about the registration process and said that anyone desirous to participate in this competition need to register himself/herself through online Google form by paying a token money of rupees 100. You can write your paper in Hindi or English or any regional language of your choice and the word limit is 3000 to 5000 words and the last date for submission of paper is 31st May 2021,he said.
He further added that the first prize is of Rs. 21000,second is of 15000,third is of Rs11000 and seven consolation prizes of Rs.5100 each for this competition.He appealed to all members of organisation to take up this as a challenge and urged them to pen down their innovative ideas without copying and pasting and submit the same through the Google form. All the Zonal, District and State level office bearers participated in the meeting and showed a keen interest in the forthcoming national level event-Essay competition-2021.
Besides this the volunteers of AJKLTF were asked to keep their selves ready for serving the community during this pandemic in any mode.Participants from different districts suggested many ideas in this regard and shown their utmost commitment to serve the students and needy during this pandemic.
Dev Raj Thakur state President assured the National organising secretary of maximum participation of teachers from J&K in upcoming”Essay Competition”. Rattan Sharma State General secretary also assured him for providing all possible services to the society during this pandemic.
