Jammu, All Jammu Kashmir and Ladakh Teachers Federation affiliated with Akhil Bhartiya Rashtriya Shaikshik MahaSangh, while following the policies and programmes of the organisation and to reach out to the teaching community in every nook and corner of Jammu and Kashmir Union Territory held several meetings in seven districts of Jammu region.

AJKLTF State Secretary Rattan Sharma conducted an extensive tour of Jammu, Kathua and Samba and held successful meetings with the karyakartas of organizations. He held a meeting with the district unit Kathua along with  Shiv Dev Singh State vice President and Gurdeep Kumar State secretary  wherein several issues including the service matters of teaching community and Organisational activities to be carried out in future were briefly discussed. He further held another meeting in Jammu wherein several karyakartas of organization including District President Romit Kumar, Shashikant, Zorawar Singh, Rakesh Kumar, Rahul Sharma and Pawan were present.

Another virtual meeting was conducted by district unit Doda in which State President Dev Raj Thakur, State vice President Neeraj Sharma and State secretary Sanjay Sharma remained present and discussed the future strategies to extend and strengthen the organisation within the district. The virtual meet was attended by District President Mohan Singh Parihar, Rakeshwar Singh, Dr Amit, Koshal Kumar, Papu Sharma and representatives of all the zones of the district.

Besides another meeting got held in District Rajouri which was Chaired by Gulshan Raina ji state Vice President AJKLTF to discuss the issues with the district team regarding the forthcoming events such as Zila Samelan of  district Rajouri.

Another meeting was conducted by the AJKLTF unit Ramban under the guidance of Vipan Sharma District President Ramban wherein the Zonal Unit of Zone Batote was constituted and the future strategies to organise the Zila Samelan were planned. Pertinent to mention that whole exercise is being carried out to mobilize the teaching community to improve the work culture in Government institutions across J&K and inculcate moral values and social etiquettes among the students besides developing a patriotic sense in them.
