Jammu, A state level delegation of AJKLTF meet to  Director School Education Jammu Dr. Ravi Shankar Prasad, regarding additional list for the left out cases under ATD 2021.

AJKLTF appreciated the mechanism adopted by the School Education Department for affecting transfers under Annual Transfer Drive 2021 and at the same time appealed to issue the additional list for the deserving left out cases in all districts of Jammu province. There are many teachers whose transfers  could not be affected somehow, so it is required to issue an additional list for their adjustment also. Another issue is DPC for teachers which is a long pending demand of the teachers. Director School Education ,Jammu gave a patient hearing to the delegation and appreciated the feedback given to him regarding ATD 2021and over delay in holding DPC for teachers.

He assured to take up the issue of ATD with CEOs in the meeting likely to be convened. While briefing Media the delegation appreciated the honest intent of Principal Secretary BK Singh and Director School Education Jammu for introducing this mechanism of Annual Transfer Drive and further appealed to strengthen it to make it more effective and transparent. The members of the delegation comprising of State General secretary Rattan Sharma, Neeraj Sharma State Vice President, Gurdeep Kumar State secretary and Pawan Sharma State Seh Media Prabhari apprised him of the several burning issues being faced by the teaching community across Jammu region.
