Jammu. On the directions from National Organising Secretary ABRSM and in response to the decision made in the State Executive Meeting held in Jammu on 28 december 2022 a meeting of representatives (Sampark and Seh Sampark Pramukh) from winter zones of Jammu province got convened today in Bantalab Jammu which was organised by Neeraj Sharma State Vice President and Sanjay Sharma State Secretary and chaired by State President Dev Raj Thakur.

The detailed discussion took place to further strengthen the organisation at gross root level.The representatives proactively participated in the meeting and shared their valuable suggestions. In order to systemize and rejuvenate the organisational set up and it’s working in all the winter zones falling in Doda, Ramban, Kishtwar, Rajouri and Poonch.

Besides the strengthening of organisation the burning issues of the employees of SED J&K were discussed in detail. Including regularisation of I/C Lecturers, Departmental promotions for teachers and restoration of OPS etc. And it got decided to take up the above burning issues with Principal Secretary SED J&K and DSE Jammu soon. As the appointment with the higher ups is managed.

Moreover, the members present in the meeting felicitated senior member of AJKLTF Dharminder Shastri who attained superannuation on 31 december 2022 after rendering 38 years of exemplary services in the School Education Department.

Pertinent to mention that a review meeting is scheduled to be held on 22 january 2023 at the same venue.
